Seeing all the negative review i was initially hesitant to buy. But the deal for camera sony dsc hx1 was very tempting. I bought the camera 2 months back and paid by paypal. I had a complementary lens cleaning kit with a camera bag and a rather small tripod which turned out to be great at home while taking my baby's pictures. The camera arrived exactly within 10 days and it was free shipping. the customer service person was also very friendly and patient despite my several calls due to paranoia. I have to give 5 stars for their service and complementary package along with the free shipping. Great service...really really satisfied.
